I completed a registration form for a program, but I have not received confirmation that I can attend.

All program registration requests must be approved by the user's Regional Coordinator. The Regional Coordinators are generally able to approve registrations within 24 hours, but this is not always the case. If you have not received confirmation of approval to attend a program, please open a support ticket in the Partners Support Center. You may also contact your Regional Coordinator and request expedited approval.
